I’m thrilled to share with you the interview I gave on the flagship book programme on BBC Radio4, Open Book. It was recorded as a part of their Reading Clinic, and it focuses on Romanian literature (to be more precise, on 3 exceptional Romanian novels). It aired today, May 20th at 16.00, and it will air again on Thursday, May 24th at 15.30.
You can listen to it online here: b0b3bb2f
Or download it as a podcast (it’s the episode featuring Anthony Horowitz and his new Bond novel) here: p067kfxy
The feature was spectacularly prepared by the producers and I think it makes for a very informative, interactive experience. I hope I’ve made you curious enough to want to judge for yourselves.
The interview was enormously fun to prepare. Many thanks to producers Kirsten Locke and Nicola Holloway, presenter Mariella Frostrup, to my fairy godmother Emma Daley and to my publisher Fairlight Books.
